What if I don't make results?
In the very rare occasion that one of our members does not make any progress during their programme, our team would be happy to assist you with a refund.
What if I can’t finish my programme.
Life happens & we understand this. If you can’t finish your programme for whatever reason, our team would be happy to assist you - please contact us at team@thefinaldiet.co.uk.
How often will my coach get in contact with me, I'm scared that it will be overpowering.
Your coach will set accountability goals at the start of your programme based off what is manageable for you. This usually includes a minimum of one check in per day. Don't worry about this though, our coaches are human & aren't there to lecture you if you go on holiday or have a special event which prevents you getting into contact.
Will you write me a meal plan?
No. We want you to have long lasting changes & finish the course with the knowledge to write your own healthy meal plan. We ask that you trust us and the process!
* The term 'Progress' will be determined at the start of your place during the initial one-on-one consultation. The team at TheFinalDiet appreciate that goals are different for different individuals and as such this term is flexible. Should you fail to make progress as outlined in the initial one-on-one consultation then you may be entitled to a full refund and this is subject to satisfying the terms and conditions as set out by your coach at the start of your plan.
